You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. • Develop curriculum to support onboarding of new employees, and development of tenured employees
• Manages relationship with stakeholders to understand training needs
• Conducts data analysis deep dive to measure training impact
• Works backwards – demonstrates planning capability to execute on deliverables (manages stakeholders, and coordinates details).
• Writes narratives to communicate changes to training mental modelAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
