Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file export license applications for the sale and service of Dell products worldwide, with support from colleagues across various functions

• Collaborate with business leads to strategically prioritize license submissions

• Partner with Global Trade Compliance organization to ensure compliance with mandatory license conditions and reporting requirements

• Support license exceptions compliance processes

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience as an export licensing professional or in a legal/compliance role, such as a paralegal

• Foundational knowledge and understanding of US export compliance and/or a demonstrated history and willingness to learn a complex regulatory structure

• Strong written advocacy skills
