Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience managing and leading sales or business professionals to deliver on yearly key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) sales roles.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in leading and delivering large complex technical and commercial engagements in the cloud or in a consumption based enterprise.
10 years of experience with financial services in banking, insurance, wealth management.
Experience working with and managing cross-functional partners in implementation projects and negotiations.
Experience driving growth of cloud technologies in organizations across a given territory or industry segment.
Ability to engage and influence new relationships across the portfolio to drive growth.
