As a Site Reliability Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Investigating and troubleshoot networking problems within Linux based networking stack.
• Monitoring the functioning and performance of the networking infrastructure via Prometheus metric systems and Grafana dashboards.
• Solving complex problems promptly and accurately, preventing recurrence through proactive troubleshooting, automation, and systems programming.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years of academic or industrial experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Have expertise in Site Reliability or System Engineering for large-scale distributed systems.
• Have proficiency in L7 traffic management using Envoy, HAProxy, or Nginx.
• Have good coding skills in Python, Perl, R, Java, or SQL.
• Have solid knowledge of networking technologies like routing, firewalls, and DNS.
• Have hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Nagios.
• Have hands-on experience with Linux tools (netstat, traceroute, tcpdump) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
• Have familiarity with containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Nomad).
