Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years+ experience working in a Retail, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Operations environment in a fast moving product industry.
- Strong people manager with an ability to recognise, attract, develop top talent.
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and maintain robust management systems to ensure the overall efficiency of the team.
- Extensive program & project management experience and a continuous improvement focus and a strong aptitude for process automation, consistently driving efficiency and enhancing overall customer experience.
- Detailed and meticulous, with strong business acumen and consumer focus.
- Creative problem solver who can embrace new technologies e.g. AI/ML, identify opportunities to optimise existing supply chain and deliver new tools and processes to support scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coordinating new product launches and execution.
- Leading teams through transformational change.
- Experience in program management focused on continuous improvement.
