The role involves bridging aesthetics, engineering, and human-centered insights through algorithmic modeling and data-driven design strategies. You will integrate large datasets — such as biomechanics research or advanced manufacturing constraints — into functional, elegant design solutions. We value the ability to explore, iterate, and communicate clearly with cross functional teams. We encourage candidates of all experience levels to apply.
  • Demonstrated understanding of computational and parametric design principles.
  • Proficiency in Grasshopper and Rhino is preferred; experience with Python, C#, or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Proven ability to incorporate diverse data sets (e.g., human factors research, biomechanical metrics, and engineering constraints) into computational models.
  • Skilled at creating adaptable design systems and flexible frameworks that can evolve alongside project insights.
  • Capacity to explore materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques through algorithmic methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the perseverance to tackle open-ended, ambiguous challenges.
  • Strong data and file management capabilities, ensuring high-quality digital deliverables that can translate into refined surfaces and production-ready geometry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English, enabling clear articulation of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Design, Computational Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Prior experience working in industry is highly preferred.
