We seek an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead a group of Product Managers. This individual will own the strategic vision and execution of our portfolio of products.

You will play a critical leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of product managers while working cross-functionally to drive innovation and transformation in a highly complex environment.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Foster a product and design culture that champions customer empathy, UX excellence, and platform scalability.
• Ensure delivery of high-impact product features that serve both internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to deliver robust cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, engineering, and design teams to align on product vision and priorities.
• Communicate product strategy and progress clearly and effectively across the organization.
• Drive adoption and transformation initiatives across a complex, multi-functional business.
• Understand market trends and customer needs in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation and scalability within the platform offering.
• Advocate for the end-user while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.

For that mission, you’ll need:

• 10+ years of experience in product management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing PM teams.
• Proven success managing platform products with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience in the software domain with particular strength in hardcore infrastructure and networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and drive change within large, matrixed organizations.
• Inspirational leadership style with a passion for mentoring and growing diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
