Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Master Manufacturing Instructions for antigens at the Milton Keynes plant
- Utilize BTS tools and methodology for project management and reporting
- Review and understand COSHH safety assessments and statements
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of antigen manufacturing processes
- Proficient in In-Process Controls and Sample Management
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
- Prepare process maps and diagrams representing antigen manufacture
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Office 365 suite
- Actively promote and participate in an empowered team culture
- Model company Leadership and Inclusive behaviors
- Support activities associated with the antigen transfer Project at Milton Keynes
- Contribute to Hazard and Near Miss identification, Incident Investigation, and corrective and preventative action
- Meet Global BTS project reporting measures
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in a related biological production environment with people leadership
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Science or business qualification)
- Strong understanding of Aseptic Processes and GMP behaviors
- Experience in change management execution (people, equipment process)
- Sound understanding of EHS risk assessment, mitigation, and management processes
