NVIDIA is searching for an extraordinary Production Engineer focused on Networking and embedded systems. Your primary responsibilities will be customer technical engagement for NVIDIA Networking products for systems deployed in the cloud and data centers. You will be working cross-functionally with multiple internal organizations as well as ensuring a positive experience for external customers. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and have experience working with embedded systems. You will use your people skills and your technical knowledge to provide design-in support for our embedded networking products in customer systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently are essential. Experience with networking, DPDK, or DOCA is a plus, as well as the ability to pick up new technologies and skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be a technical expert on embedded networking products, mainly BlueField and ConnectX product lines, directly supporting sales account and program managers, working closely with the team to secure design wins

  • Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts

  • Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the networking field

  • Provide onsite support to tackle problems in hardware, software, and Bluefield full-stack

  • Own the support of the product through the design-in phase all the way through the product's lifecycle

  • Create technical solutions such as demos and example system designs

  • Provide technical and sales training to direct sales team and channel partners

  • Establish strong relationships and communication channels with the internal DevTech team

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of work-related experience in an embedded role or technical customer support role

  • Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus on customer success

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into sophisticated projects

  • Clear written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives and engineering teams

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Knowledge of network protocols

  • Embedded, Networking, DPDK, or DOCA development experience

  • Experience with in-depth problem-solving

  • C/C++ and Python programming skills

  • Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge

  • Experience working with CSPs

  • Advanced degrees
