Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., pre-sales engineer, consultant, professional services).
- Experience in data management Business Intelligence Application (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), Data Processing (e.g., Informatica), or Analytics Platform (e.g., Hadoop/Spark, Netezza, Teradata).
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, other technical fields or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with application development and integration, with software integration with Web API.
- Experience supporting sales for enterprise as pre-sales engineer for a wide portfolio of data lifecycle.
- Experience discussing the value of machine learning with customers.
