As a Compliance Operations Knowledge Manager you will be responsible for:

• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other critical departments to streamline departmental operations.
• Collaborate closely with the global team to identify opportunities for improving internal processes and addressing pain points.
• Model end-to-end processes in detail.
• Develop and maintain guides, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage ad hoc special projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences/Social Sciences.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Compliance Operations, or closely related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Natural aptitude for systems and processes, with proven experience in improvement initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with experience in process modeling.
• Technical orientation is an advantage.
• Compliance background is an advantage.
• Project management background is an advantage.
• Fintech background is an advantage.
