EY is looking for a Senior Consultant/Consultant in Salesforce
Your key responsibilities
- Understand salesforce architectural requirements and should be able to develop technical solution based on functional requirements
- Responsible for application design, solution and development using Salesforce stack
- Configure, Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code, following coding standards and best practices
- Write test classes for the class with more than 80% code coverage
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation and develop lightning component according to application requirements.
- Interacting and presenting the solution walkthrough to all the stake holders
- Lead and Coordinate Daily Scrum Meeting with Product Owners, Team
- Translate business requirements/ stories into executable tasks
- Contribute towards technical documentation & building prototypes
- Support and train new team members on the salesforce application
Skills and attributes for success
- 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce
- Successfully executed at least 2 Salesforce projects in agile mode end to end in a ‘Developer’ capacity
- At least 3 years of hands-on technical experience in LWC, AURA, APEX
- Hands on experience in Integrations using REST / SOAP / Bulk API etc.
- Good experience using SFDX tools for development and deployment
- Should be proficient in Salesforce lightning platform and community
- Should be proficient in Sales, Service and Marketing cloud
- Good communication skills
To qualify for the role you must have
- Btech/ BSc/ BCA/ MCA/ BCom
- 4 years of experience in IT Industry
- Salesforce Certifications is a plus

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
