About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Moovit, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement through innovative growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to create and execute a roadmap that fuels our product's growth and supports the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives and optimize the user journey.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate growth hypotheses and optimize results.
  • Monitor and analyze key growth metrics and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest growth trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align growth efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive growth.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on web products (B2C or B2B2C).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fire in the belly approach - you get things done!

Nice to Have:

  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks and metrics.
  • Background in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Experience with growth tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, CMP platforms
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement in a global B2C company
