What you'll do:

Development Experience global program landing and exeuction in Labs China
Development Experience program is to improve developers and other development roles’ daily working experience and development productivitiy. Your role is to keep tracking global programs’ roll-out plan, align with Labs LoB teams for execution. Bridge global resources to local teams. Bridge local requirements to global teams.
Particularly, this role will engage in coordinating to realize more AI empowered development workflows and tools, to improve developers’ efficiency and experience.
It need both technical background and project management skills

Full-time senior students in university
Can work 3-4 days a week for at least 5-6 months duration
Love development operations, project management like tasks

Can work well in a team working and be able to communicate smoothly
Candidates preferred - have systematic AI trainings or with AI related project experience
Candidates preferred – have knowledge of DevOps and practical experience on maintaining software lifecycle.
