As our next, you’ll be at the forefront of installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advancedCNC/PLC/robotic-basedproduction and test equipment. Your expertise inwill be vital in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:• Repair and maintain production and facility equipment as per IATF16949/ISO9001 standards
• Assemble, debug, install, and start up new or modified production machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC, CNC, and robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc)
• Ensure maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date
• Comply with all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and emergency repair response
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped maintenance area
• Train apprentices and new hires on electrical standards and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new manufacturing projects
• Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment
• Strong skills in electrical assembly, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and machine repair
• Familiarity with PLCs, CNC equipment, Fanuc robots, and ISO/IATF quality systems
• Effective communication and teamwork across all organizational levels
• Experience in welding, basic manual machining, and automated assembly
• Background in the automotive industry or similar regulated environments
• Leadership in continuous improvement or project coordination
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
