What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive personalization across various customer touchpoints, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to integrate ML solutions that optimize marketing strategies and sales performance.

- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform the development of targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet business objectives and scalability requirements.

- Mentor and collaborate with other engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with a focus on personalization, sales, and marketing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art algorithms and paradigms in machine learning, particularly in recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable ML infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed):
- Experience in A/B testing, multi-armed bandits, or other experimental methodologies for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Prior experience in a startup or innovative tech environment is a plus.
