Field Service Leader

Supervise a Field Service Engineering team for the HBS organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will lead a team consisting of HVAC and F&S engineers. People management skills are very important here.

You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

This is a position will be based in Arnhem

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and report performance metrics

Assign and supervise project work

Budget responsible for contracts and small projects (< 150k.)

Buildup a good relationship with other departments in the organization. For example the Sales-, Project- department, supportive departments in other disctrics.

In the Netherlands we have very large contracts with various hospitals, universities, ministries, pharmacies and airport Schiphol.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
