ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into theKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of theend-to-end Enablement strategy, all plans associated with this strategy, the quarterly calendar and agendasfor the BU.
Analyzes and interprets keysales metricsto identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
Understands Sales Industry and GTM approach and uses such knowledge to build credibility and trust with Sales Leaders.
Demonstratesthought leadership and expertisein the latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies.
As an activeBusiness Partner, the EBP engagescollaboratorscross-functionally to craft and deliver an aligned Enablement plan.
Architects Learning experiences and solutionsthat up-level the sellers’ skills in order to have phenomenal customer conversations.
Partners closely with the Sales Programs team todrive integrated quarterly and annual plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated ability todesign enablement strategies and oversee the executionof learning solutions to drive outcomes with ability towork closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
Analytical skillsset to drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale.
Strongexecutive communication, collaboration and influencingskills at a senior level.
Experience in Sales and Sales Enablement function interacting withallSales roles and Sales activities.
Proven record ofgetting stuff doneanddriving adoption.
Ability to perform amid ambiguity.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Understanding of the Commercial and Enterprise Cloud industry Go-To-Market motions.
Have experiencecreating media content for trainings such as engaging decks, videos, video editing, etc.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).
