The Senior Marketing Operations Manager oversees the daily administration of dynamic technologies crucial for marketing functions, ensuring seamless data flows and data integrity across systems and platforms. This role involves strategizing and executing the integration of tools within the MarTech stack, collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders to evaluate new technologies, define requirements, and implement solutions. Additionally, the role develops documentation and enablement materials to ensure clear communication of changes and creates reports to demonstrate feature usage, user adoption, and ROI.

How will you make an impact?

  • Manage the marketing technology stack, including vendor and contract management, user onboarding, and data flow setup.
  • Lead the integration process and strategy for the tech stack, promoting the benefits of integrations to the team.
  • Identify redundancies, unused features, and opportunities to improve tool usage and adoption.
  • Standardize and consolidate MarTech capabilities and tools to align with company goals.
  • Conduct product analysis, vendor assessments, and facilitate vendor demos to prospect new tools.
  • Maintain profiles and documentation on all MarTech tools, ensuring accessibility for the marketing team.
  • Advocate for Marketing tools by staying updated on new releases and features, highlighting their support for marketing goals.
  • Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Marketing tools.
  • Work closely with our marketing data analyst to implement and maintain data governance practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices and conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to maintain high data quality standards.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 2-4 years with project management tools (e.g., RoboHead) and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience managing technology stacks and integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience in process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Passion for exploring new marketing technologies and driving business impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • B2B Marketing Operations experience with expertise in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma
  • 2-4 years experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and Account-based Marketing technology (6sense preferred)
  • Strong presentation and training skills for new tools and processes
