Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and maintain cloud and on-premises environments, continuously improve system availability, performance, and security.
- Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters for container orchestration.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and reduce manual interventions.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to manage cloud environments.
- Automate configuration management and provisioning.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance software delivery speed and reliability.
- Implement security best practices and compliance policies in DevOps workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Strong Linux system administration skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and tune performance.
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with Ansible for configuration management and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of networking, monitoring, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Experience with containerization using Docker.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with logging tools such as ElasticSearch, Kibana, and fluent-bit.
- Knowledge of Big Data Ecosystem administration, including Hadoop, Spark, Zookeeper, Kafka, and ClickHouse.
- Experience managing and running databases such as MySQL, Postgres, and Redis.
- Strong understanding of network, application, and data security.
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
