In this role, you will:
- Support Trade Services
- Review payments, transactions, and amendments to improve work processes within established procedures
- Ensure all mail, documents, and applications for letter of credit are processed in accordance with Bank policy and internal operating procedures
- Organize all copies of outgoing messages and distribute them to the appropriate area
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions to more experienced roles
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Foundational Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Foundational analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work additional hours based on business need.
- Ability to work in the office five days a week.
