As a Field Service Support here at Honeywell, you will provide technical support and assistance to our field service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your expertise and support will contribute to the success of our field service operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our LA Palma, CA location on an hourly work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by providing technical support and assistance to our field service team. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely and accurate completion of service tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide technical support and assistance to field service technicians
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely completion of service tasks
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
