Job Purpose
An excellent opportunity has arisen in Production for a Supervisor. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a high performing and well-developed team.
Key Responsibilities
Fully accountable for Health & Safety system execution and development within the area.Ensure ownership and engagement within the direct group, is supported through 5S, Safety and CI systems.
Ensuring a consistently high-quality product is produced on time in full.Oversee the execution of the CBP on a continuous basis.
Ensure efficiency, DL $ and scrap targets are met.
Responsible for training adherence and ensuring absence and overtime targets are met.
Ensure there is a comprehensive program of continuous improvement in place to improve quality, performance, efficiency and reduce costs through structured problem-solving activities (Kaizens, PRSM’s).Drive and promote our core values and behaviours.
Ideally 8 + years experience in a Leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
