You will play a vital role in executing existing backlog and developing new work pursuits, functioning as a team lead and liaising with internal departments to plan, organize, and direct design staff and key positions. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to interface effectively with clients, identifying and fulfilling their expectations while assessing project requirements and recommending sound approaches to meet both project and client needs.
As a successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and preferably be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or have the potential to obtain the PMP certification. You will bring professional project expertise in the design of water systems and infrastructure projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of current governmental and local authority water and environmental regulations, design guidelines, and permit requirements to ensure project success. Your experience will include presenting and actively participating in project meetings, as well as collaborating with local municipalities and utility companies. You will possess strong oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in team-oriented work environments. Your technical proficiency will be evident through your data analysis and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a strong organizational approach. As a relationship-builder, you will have a proven record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to resolve conflicts effectively and lead diverse teams to success.
