Senior Consultant ServiceNow – Technology Enabled Transformation – Financial Services
We are looking for motivated consultants with 2-3 years of experience using the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management), ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), or other related modules.
Your workplace
As a Senior Consultant following ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our customers.Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into configurable solutions on ServiceNow.
- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules such as TPRM, ERM, ITSM, or others.
- Support business process management, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and draft technical and functional documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Provide post-implementation support and training to end users.
What you bring
- 2-3 years of practical experience on ServiceNow, particularly with the TPRM, ERM modules or others (e.g., ITSM, GRC, SecOps).
- Basic knowledge of configuring workflows, scripts, integrations, and customizations on ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is considered a plus.

Education:
- Degree in technical, engineering, economic, or equivalent fields.

Languages:
- Good knowledge of Italian (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
