Your responsibilities will include:
Applying problem-solving and process improvement methodologies to improve moderately complex and diverse manufacturing processes across multiple product lines.
Improving product manufacturability, material constraints, product performance, and/or design-related changes.
Designing, coordinating, and executing engineering tests and experiments.
Required Qualifications:
A current Bachelor's student in your Sophomore, Junior, Senior year, or grad student
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or Industrial & Systems Engineering
Experience working with SolidWorks, Auto CAD, Fusion 360
Experience working with Python, MATLAB
Experience with statistics
Ability to work in the United States without restrictions

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be$49,920 to $70,720, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
