JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Service Manager (Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security) here atHoneywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our BuildingAutomaton, Fire Alarm and Security field service team. You will ensure theefficient and effective delivery of service to our customers in Las Vegas, NV,while providing technical expertise and support. Your leadership and technicalskills will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and thesuccess of our field service operations. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our field serviceoperations and the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible forleading and managing the Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security fieldservice team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will alsoprovide technical guidance and support to field service technicians,collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementinitiatives, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee the Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security field serviceteam.
  • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementinitiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5 + years of experience in Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security fieldservice or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Building Automaton, Fire Alarmand Security systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
