As aLead Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions with a focus on S/4HANA and Private Cloud
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Providing expert guidance on SAP architecture, integration, and best practices
• Ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Mentoring and supporting junior architects and consultants in their professional growth
• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Participating in the full project lifecycle , from initial analysis through development to deployment
• Occasional travel (up to 5 days per month) to meet with clients and project teams

We’re looking for someone who brings bothand a
strategic mindset. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on SAP implementations
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and Private Cloud solutions
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Czech is not required but is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP FI, FI-AA, and newGL modules
• Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage
• Familiarity with financial accounting and tax legislation
• Ability to lead effective workshops and deliver compelling presentations
• Experience with business process analysis and translating it into software specifications; knowledge of Signavio is a plus
• Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the consumer goods industry is a plus
