The successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrixed organization and be adept at understanding how business and residential customers use broadband in India. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technologically savvy with a proven track record of leading new partnership initiatives, ideally in consumer related products or services. You will be responsible for negotiating contract terms and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will partner with legal, tax and regulatory teams to implement our partnership plans for India. You will onboard our partners and make them successful. Knowledge of the telecommunications sector would be an advantage. This is a high visibility role with frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership. 1. Partner with Product to develop compelling consumer and strategic partner propositions that accelerate customer adoption3. Manage 1P and 3P partnership opportunities end-to-end. Identify, negotiate commercial frameworks, evolve required tech capabilities and go to market with such partners
4. Manage cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, and senior management to gain support, approvals, and to execute on the opportunities.
5. Establish key partnership performance metrics, define business requirements for partnership tools/systems, implement tracking and reporting mechanisms, and continuously optimize performance metrics.
6. Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data, and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders.
