Your key responsibilities
- Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. individual returns as well as complex new technical issues impacting individuals
- Drive the tax return production process, review low to complex tax returns and other tax deliverables/computations.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues
- Explore opportunities through exceptional client service
- Help managers with day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager involvement
- Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams
- Help Senior Managers and Managers with advisory and ad-hoc projects
- Develop engagement and financial management skills by managing own and/or other’s impact on project economics, including controlling costs, monitoring budget to actual differences
- Contribute process improvement ideas leading to higher quality service delivery to the client or greater efficiency in the compliance process
- Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources across assignments and teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Good analytical, numeric and people management skills
- Chatting with participant is a key need
- Must be Certified EA, CPA or equivalent with active license and US PTIN
- Bachelors or Masters degree
