As a Software Engineer Lead, you will demonstrate a clear understanding of SDLC, architecture and design elements, and provide strategies to enhance integration and efficiencies to ensure optimal software performance. Job duties may include:
• Analyzing and evaluating requirements by working with users and providing recommendations on the scope and complexity of the solution
• Acting as a lead by developing and documenting technical specifications for proposed solutions. This includes hands on coding and testing to support solutions.
• Using trouble shooting skills to identify, research and propose solutions to the problems and accommodate necessary changes or corrective actions as needed. This may require coordination with our cross functional platform teams /departments/business partners to resolve complex issues.
• Providing technical guidance to software development teams whenever needed.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes and tools, Informatica
• Expert level SQL skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound technical skills with a strong working knowledge of business segment to effectively translate business needs to IT solutions
• Proficient with code deployment tools such as Udeploy, Artifactory and GitHub
• Ability to review coding, testing and overall documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Ability to work in agile environment.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills• Capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support.

  • Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
  • Facilitates complex problem resolution.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
  • Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
