- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience launching and scaling products built on large-scale Machine Learning or Large Language Model (LLM) systems.
- Experience as a product manager in a relevant field such as Search Quality, Ranking, Personalization, or Recommendation Systems.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building new products, with experience taking ideas from "0 to 1" in ambiguous environments.
- Deep user advocacy and a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors, especially related to visual discovery, inspiration, and shopping journeys.
