About the Role

If Yes, then Uber is looking for Systems Engineer who is having sound technical knowledge in Oracle Applications, PLSQL & Complex System Integrations. The engineer is responsible for Design, development & extension of Oracle Application components & also various other products in our FBS Engineering portfolio like Complex 3rd party Integrations, ETLs, Apex Applications, Data Pipelines.

* Design, develop and support extensions and customisations for Oracle E-Business Suite.

* Actively partner with Product managers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that balance timeliness, scope, and complexity

* Enhance the products in FinTech portfolio and provide extraordinary support of your products

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, Master’s degree a plus

* 5+ years of experience in implementation, development of Oracle EBS R12

* Strong experience in PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Workflow, Unix Shell scripting

* Good understanding of integration with third party applications

* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to handle complex process and technology issues

* Deep understanding of engineering best practices

* Knowledge of Fusion or Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus

* Knowledge of at least one scripting or backend programming language beyond Oracle Applications Development (ex: python, perl, golang, nodejs, data-science)

* Adaptability to new technologies, fast learner and high bandwidth communicator

* Experience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting
