Microsoft’s Datacenter Development Land Development Program Managment Organization supports the development and delivery of our data center portfolio from site identification and selection through to design, construction and operation. The Microsoft Data Center development portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year data center construction and lease projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 3+ years equivalent experience.
  • Experience in in data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to manage and interpret large, complex data sets.
  • Deep experience in real estate development, preferably with exposure to large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Experience in interpreting complex data sets related to real estate and land development.

Other Requirments:

The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 3+ years relevant experience OR 5+ years equivalent experience.

Real Estate Portfolio Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
