Build professional and personal relationships with key decision makers and buyers of assigned customers as a prerequisite for adidas to become the 'preferred supplier’.
Represent the assigned account(s) internally as an ambassador towards all functions and, vice versa, to help manage all interfaces.
Thoroughly study and understand the assigned customer(s), their role and potential in the market as well as within adidas.
Build and drive account mid terms plans with the Senior Manager, in line with the company’s objectives with the final goal to win Market Share against competition.
Develop and promote a plan to increase both apparel and hardwear business across all categories and accounts.
Plan, organize and manage sell-in campaigns, considering and respecting timing (cut-offs), product access (segmentation, ecc.), as well as seasonal targets (Trade Investment Letter / other targets set with Line Manager) shared by the company.
Analyze and drive order entry, sell-out and market share performance, both online and offline and be entrepreneurial on implementing/catching quickly solution/opportunities.
Visit customers regularly and monitor own brand execution as well as competitors’ presence/actions (both inStores and online)to identify related strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis).
Monitor and explore the orderbook to find actions and opportunities supporting sell-out and Market Share growth through reorder and clearance tools.
Maintain and updateall internal tools with the respective customers’ data, in line with the internal process and timing (e.g. Master Data; Segmentation Survey; ...).
Drive the digital development of the account(s) by continuously giving advice and assistance focused on elevating the success of the adidas brand on customers’ e-commerce.
Know and understand all channels landscape to be share to act with a full marketplace picture in mind";
Be responsible to cooperate with Finance Planning&Analysis on reaching a qualitative and accurate forecasting by account and category".
Skills you'll need:
High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning.
Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
Commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling).
Strong decision taking and determinationand shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills. SAP knowledge is an added plus.
Main requirements
University Degree
Ideally minimum 2 yearsof sales experience within large sales organisations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
Fluent in written and spoken English.
