Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze the Shared National Credits Report while partnering with stakeholders across Credit Risk to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare daily reports to monitor Legal Lending Limits, ensuring the Firm adheres to statutory requirements
- Prepare other internal and external reports related to Climate Risk and Operational Risk
- Participate in both team-specific and Firmwide projects aimed at enhancing processes that impact external reporting
- Contribute to strategic process improvements by identifying, tracking and resolving data quality issues, thereby enhancing overall reporting accuracy
- Provide support to managers and junior team members, facilitating effective monitoring and reporting processes and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Work closely with various teams, such as Credit Risk, Finance, Legal, Policy, Technology, and Reporting, to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive success
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant discipline
- 5 plus years of experience in risk and/or financial reporting
- Ability to understand business drivers and requirements and influence partners to deliver solutions to business issues and problems
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a proven track record of execution
- Acute attention to detail and control driven mindset
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- A developed leadership presence capable of effective messaging to colleagues, regulators and management alike.
- Ability to work on multiple priorities at the same time within tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel; Access & PowerPoint) and with large amounts of data
- Strong team player who can work well and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across multiple locations
