About The Role

is looking for a talented Account Executive who will be responsible for new business in the BeNeLux region (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

  • Quotas: This is a quota-carrying position focused on the BeNeLux region.
  • Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders in local markets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
  • Customer ROI: Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the solution to connect offerings to customer ROI.
  • Opportunity Generation: Proactively build and identify opportunity signals for up-sells, add-ons, and cross-sells.
  • Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Develop strategies and coordinate support to help customers maximize the value from the solution.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company – essential for understanding the local market dynamics in the BeNeLux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) .
  • Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals – a must for driving revenue growth.
  • Dutch and additional region language skills- big advantage
  • High proficiency in English – critical for collaboration with international teams and clients.
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions – necessary to close deals efficiently.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships – especially important in the BeNeLux, where relationship-building is key.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills – ability to establish credibility with executives and decision-makers in local organizations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills– t o effectively convey our value proposition.
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment – essential traits for thriving in this dynamic market.
