Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, Lines of business, Functional Finance teams and other support teams in order to provide impactful Reporting and insightful analyses
  • Contribute directly and/or collaborate on several high-exposure initiatives through the simplification of key processes, enhancement of analytics & reporting and implementation of automated solutions.
  • Coordinate and deliver consolidated Other Corporate views to tell an insightful, holistic story in a comprehensive, but succinct manner.
  • Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed.
  • Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis including annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecast variances leveraging Business Intelligence Tool – Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc), Conduct "deep dive" analyses on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners across Corporate Sector P&A, Lines of Business and the organization to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: Firm-wide, Functional Finance and Lines of Business teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Strong analytical skills , including Advanced Excel , PowerPoint.
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Some Visualization and Workflow tools (e.g Tableau, Alteryx ) is a plus.
  • (CFA, CPA, MBA a plus) with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or in a FP&A role in a large organization.
