Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in troubleshooting, advocating for customer needs, and managing technical issues including managing client-facing projects, and working with engineering and business services teams.
Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
Experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products including design, architecture, and coding software in Java, C++, or Python.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to support client relationship management in this region.
Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in working with cloud databases (e.g., Remote DataStore (RDS), Aurora, DynamoDb, CloudSQL, Datastore, or Cloud Spanner), or storage (e.g., Google Customer Solutions (GCS) or Filestorage).
Experience with database performance tuning and management tools for backup and recovery with data migration strategies and moving production systems to the cloud.
Experience in query troubleshooting (e.g., isolating blocks of poor performing SQL, determining root cause, and developing remediation actions).
Knowledge of system/network administrator of Linux/Unix or other Operating System.
Knowledge of core data structures and concepts like HTTP, Web frameworks, and common Web Technologies.
