Responsible for Offboarding execution and delivery for a particular jurisdiction/ country based on documented process. There is need to ensure accurate and timely preparation of offboarding documentation as documented in the desktop procedure. Employee may require basic knowledge on the legal aspects of offboarding for the jurisdiction/ country assign to them. Other responsibilities of this specialty but not limited to, are to support audits (Statutory/ Internal), issue resolution & root cause analysis, prepare metrics report to management.
1.) Experience in HR operations, preferably multi-region.
2) Experience in understanding and documenting desk procedures and processes.
3) Demonstratable experience of process optimization initiatives in HR processing.
4) Great English communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders.
5.) Intermediate excell skills (office, formulas, macros)
6.) Workday knowledge
7.) Sence of Urgency and resilience
8.) Good Customer Service
9.)Advance or Intermediate Level of English
