As part of our ongoing digital and cloud transformation within Human Resources, we are seeking a HR Data asset management specialist (Associate Vice President), reporting to the Head of HR Data Asset Management team. In this role, you will build and maintain the data schema , data quality enabler for proactive data quality monitoring towards sharing trusted data sets for AI/ML data consumptions and to other downstream consumers throughout the firm. You will work with AI/ML teams and HR Data Risk Management, to understand the relative importance of data elements within our overall data model, and you will work with Technology and Data Operations teams to productionize the quantitative algorithms, systems, and processes that you develop.

• Design and develop Data Quality Framework to enable proactive DQ measures/rules by applying statistical models by detecting anomalies and outliers
• Design and develop self-configurable user interface for DQ measures configuration and reporting
• Prepare end-to-end technical design specifications
• Work closely with Data owners / Operations teams / data asset management teams on the DQ rules and measures required and implement them though the DQ framework
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve the product capability
• Create and maintain DQ rules backlog with prioritization and schedule agreed with stakeholders
• Communicate data quality issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable control requirements.

• Strong hands-on experience as Full stack developer with expertise in Python
• Ability to develop responsive and user friendly front end interfaces using Java, HTML , CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular , React , Node.js )
• Experience in design and implementing Restful APIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytics abilities .Sound knowledge on database technologies, ANSI SQL , data modelling, and data integration techniques,
• Develop and deploy applications on AWS platform
• Experience working in large scale corporate data ecosystems, resolving inconsistencies and challenges in the data.
• Experience in understanding and following the Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with tools (ProDQ/Atlan/Manta,etc..) for data quality rule engines and proactive data quality monitoring.

• 10-12 years of Experience
• Bachelors in computer engineering
• AWS Certified – Developer
• Experience working in cloud based programming environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning and its applications.
• Ability to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
