You will report directly to our VP Marketing.In this role, you will impact the comprehensive strategic direction, alignment,execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement,decision support, innovation, communication, budget management,cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performanceimprovement, and competitive advantage of Honeywell IA in China.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement strategic plans for Honeywell IA China
• Drive regular segment studies to capture business opportunities in new industries/verticals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape

YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development,or related roles.
• Marketing or BD experience in Marine industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Mandarin and English)
