Strategy and Transactions, Valuation Modeling & Economics (Corporate Real Estate) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1600204), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Tysons (McLean), VA.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality or a related field plus 3 years of related work experience.Must have 3 years of experience supporting business development and delivery of strategic projects to clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or corporate real estate technology consulting.Must have 3 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following:
- Corporate Real Estate operating model and organizational design, service delivery and outsourcing analysis;- Corporate Real Estate support for M&A / Divestiture transactions (pre-deal due diligence, integration support, and separation support), portfolio, workplace, and occupancy strategy; and/or- Corporate Real estate IT / digital workplace strategy.Must have 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.Must have 2 years of experience supporting project management activities, including resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and/or budget management.Must have 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 2 people.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
