At least 15 years of professional experience in security
Out of which at least 5 years of experience as a Security product org Leader
Experience working with Security engineering and research groups
Deep understanding of security concepts across the entire stack from silicone trough OS, virtualization, processes, network and web services as well as methodologies such as Threat modeling, risk assessments, vulnerability scoring and security incident response.
Proven experience in defining and influencing security strategy
Strong collaboration and partnership in complex and global matrix setups
Demonstrated verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including communicating effectively with different business groups and project teams as well as public posting and presentations
Responsibilities
In this role you will
Lead a group of experienced security PMs and TPMs
Co-own the strategy and execution of the security vision, roadmap, and priorities for the EnS and EPSF IL security groups in partnership with the group leaders
Collaborate closely with the global security leadership and community across Microsoft and its ecosystem
Map and analyze new security concepts and threats, security business domains, potential targets for research and development
Plan, prioritize and provide status updates for security investments, initiatives and assessments both locally and globally
Be the main contact point to the broader PM organization, ensuring alignment and a unified strategy across geos
Ensure systematic collection of data, automated analysis and present metrics reflecting progress towards EnS and EPSF IL goals, triage incoming queries, and maintain visibility into new products being developed
Set measurable objectives and success criteria for investments and projects, and monitor progress and completion throughout execution
Be a part of the EPIL leadership team and dotted to the global security PM leadership
