You will work with annotations, engineering and algorithm teams to ensure the final deliveries meet expectations. As well as managing vendors and project resources and ensure that project status and needs are communicated effectively with the client teams. You will oversee operational responsibilities including workflow management and process improvement. You will engage with your stakeholders regularly and you will be an exceptional teammate for a critical team.
- Bachelorʼs of Science degree or equivalent
- Strong project/program management experience and passionate about delivering good quality data within project timelines
- Self-directed and proactive, can thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, good attention to detail, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Adept at leading and motivating project teams including members of different orgs
- Experience in client management, establishing relationships and leading multi-functional projects
- Experience managing complex data collection and annotation projects is a plus
- Consistent focus on improving, standardizing and automating existing processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work in a self-directed environment, and ability to make timely and effective reporting to leadership
- Experience managing vendors
- Able to work collaboratively with engineers across organizations and time zones
- High degree of adaptability, flexibility, creative decision-making and technical problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Strong decision making and good judgment
- Some travel may be required
