Conduct research to identify personas’ needs, challenges and pain points to develop compelling content.
Develop engaging campaign-related assets across the customer journey (e.g., blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, landing pages, video scripts and more).
Apply SEO best practices for content optimization.
Edit and proofread content written by other cross-functional team members.
Manage content cycle from ideation to final publication, following a streamlined workflow and process.
Coordinate and manage content projects and deadlines with stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze content performance and metrics such as traffic, engagement and conversion to help inform content marketing decisions.
Assist the content team to ensure the editorial calendar is current.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a copywriter in a corporate, freelance or agency setting, with an emphasis on B2B and enterprise SaaS software.
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Deadline-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple writing assignments.
Detail-oriented to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accuracy of content.
Strong collaborator to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or other tools to measure content performance.
Previous experience in a SaaS, hypergrowth tech or cybersecurity company is a plus.
BS/BA or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
