  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 8+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 11+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 10+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 9+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.
  • 9+ years experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles.
  • 9+ years experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management.
  • 5+ years project/vendor management experience.
Responsibilities
  • by developing end-to-end sales and marketing plans that align to global launch plan and local seasonal beats. Coordinate plans with Store Demand Generation Leads, CRM, local Product Marketing Groups and Segment marketers; establish and track KPIs and ROIs for paid & non-paid tactics.
  • Partner to drive growth for China MicrosoftStore.comwith category leads, Planners, Site Merchandising and Marketing teams to create and package offers with compelling experiences and services for each core customer segments.
  • Partner to drive innovation for China MicrosoftStore.com platformwith platform lead, engineering team on engineering roadmap and prioritization, ultimately drive customer experience and revenue impact.
  • Drive new revenue streamsand customer value propositions through pilot programs, and capture learnings to refine future growth plan and inform senior management decision.
