ABOUT THE ROLE


This role is responsible for supporting the FNQ region and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager – Rhythm Management - QLD.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
  • Successfully completing formal Rhythm Management training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide superior clinical support which involves direct patient, physician and clinician interactions including, but not limited to, device implantation, device programming and follow up, technical troubleshooting, staff and patient education, site management and coordination.
  • Work with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Have sound business knowledge of territory, identifying competitor activities, participate and manage appropriate tender agreements and customer policies and practices. Completing market analysis and regular reporting as required.
  • Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management.
  • Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Rhythm Management business.
  • Participation in the on-call roster
  • To be available to support the broader ANZ RM business on an as-needs basis.
  • Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services.






Pursues all assignments and projects until completion. Follows through on assignments to ensure successful completion.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with pacemaker implants and clinic follow-up is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success is highly regarded.
  • Ability to gain clinical knowledge and technical understanding quickly.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach.
  • Fluent in productivity tools including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite applications
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure and understanding of conventional EP not required, but well regarded.
