Program Manager - Supplier Transfers is responsible to manage supplier transfer programs to meet program expectations and deliverables complying with GEHC QMS.
Job Description

Program Manager – Supplier Transfers will serve as the leader for the PMO (Program Management Organization) for assigned supplier transfer projects. Key responsibilities include development of program plans including risk management plans & ensure flawless program execution complying with GEHC Quality Management System to ensure realization of program & business objectives in line with the SBU & sourcing strategy. This may include global program management responsibilities and managing multi SBU/region supplier transfers. As a Program Manager you will be required to communicate project execution status with key stakeholders in the business at a regular frequency.

Essential Responsibilities:

Working with Sourcing Leaders to identify strategy with the materials Value stream Map(VSM) and cost analysise. Working closely with global and region sourcing leaders to leverage Best Cost Country supplier to drive Material Cost Reduction(MCR), Interface with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. At least 5 years project management work experience with technical depth/knowledge, or 5 years of Sourcing, Supply Chain or Engineering experience in the healthcare or any related industry.
