As a recruiting coordinator, you will mainly support administrative processes for the campus recruiting lifecycle, including referral management and offer processing.Job Description
  • Supports talent acquisition initiatives (recruiting, events, and strategy) through coordination and execution of administrative and logistic deliverables.
  • Assists with the coordination and implementation of processes, projects, events and key initiatives that provide organization and efficiency to the talent acquisition team.
  • Supports coordination of candidate, new hire or employee communications through across multiple communication channels.
  • Coordinates and supports internal talent acquisition and outreach events for in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Helps with administrative elements of reporting, metrics and systems for talent acquisition.
